Aviation Services Growth Manager

Total Aerospace Services is seeking a results-driven Aviation Services Growth Manager to lead the charter division and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Primary Responsibilities- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute business plans to increase profitability, expand geographic destinations, and improve fleet utilization.
- Operational Optimization: Collaborate with pilots, ground crew, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient flight operations, adhering to FAA regulations and company policies.
- Client Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth individuals and corporations, ensuring personalized itineraries and exceeding client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in charter sales within a Part 135 helicopter operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
