About the Role
This senior leadership position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our Charter Division. As Director Of Charter Sales, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating helicopter charter sales, developing business strategies to increase profitability, and providing exceptional service to high-end clients. You will also collaborate with pilots, ground crew, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and on-time flight operations. A strong organizational skillset, proficiency in MS Suite, and aviation software experience are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate helicopter charter sales, including quoting, booking, and scheduling.
  • Develop business strategies to increase profitability, optimize the fleet, and expand geographic destinations.
  • Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and corporations with personalized itineraries.
  • Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives and client engagements.
