About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Business Development Manager to join our team at STV Incorporated. As a key member of our corporate aviation group, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the East region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and marketing/sales in the Aviation market. You will work closely with our National Aviation Market Leader and Operating Group partners to develop and implement strategies that drive business expansion and success in the Aviation market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of Aviation business opportunities across current, new, and future clients
  • Provide recommendations on strategies to expand the Aviation business based on market data and intelligence
  • Interact with key clients to gain insight into client needs, market trends, and brand perception
  • Orchestrate marketing and business development activities to support the growth objectives in the Aviation market

Requirements:

  • Experience in airport program delivery, including planning, design, and/or construction of landside/airside projects
  • Proven experience in leadership, strategic planning, and marketing/sales in the Aviation market
  • Strong understanding of local and regional market dynamics and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Expected Salary Range:$143,684.68 - $191,579.57
