**Drive Growth for CLEAR's Aviation Product Line**

We're seeking a highly experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team. You'll define CLEAR's growth product strategy and roadmap, focusing on improving customer acquisition and product upsell. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data and customer insights, identifying opportunities to optimize the customer acquisition experience.

**Salary Range:** $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location, education, skills, experience, and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Define CLEAR's growth product strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data and customer insights
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the customer acquisition experience

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally leading growth for an e-commerce or subscription business
  • Subject matter expertise across the end-to-end customer acquisition lifecycle
  • Experience owning the end-to-end customer acquisition tech stack
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic planner with proven ability to drive projects and strong analytical skills
