About the Job

The Growth Product Lead will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for CLEAR's Aviation product line. This position requires a results-driven product management leader who can develop and execute product strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute product strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data and customer insights.
  3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
  4. Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the user journey.
  5. Establish KPIs to measure the success of growth product initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in product management, ideally leading growth for an eCommerce or subscription business.
  • Subject matter expertise across the end-to-end customer acquisition lifecycle.
  • Mastery of product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $200,000-$235,000, depending on skills and experience, plus annual bonuses and stock options.
