Growth Product Lead

The Growth Product Lead will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for CLEAR's Aviation product line. This position requires a results-driven product management leader who can develop and execute product strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data and customer insights.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the user journey.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of growth product initiatives.
- Experience in product management, ideally leading growth for an eCommerce or subscription business.
- Subject matter expertise across the end-to-end customer acquisition lifecycle.
- Mastery of product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $200,000-$235,000, depending on skills and experience, plus annual bonuses and stock options.
