Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Training Director to join our team at Red Bull North America, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of systematic learning and development solutions focused on sales processes and systems.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  1. Managing a team responsible for the rollout and application of Red Bull's global sales framework and curriculum into Red Bull North America and Red Bull Distribution Company.
  2. Leading the identification and creation of sales and distribution training programs focused on core skill development across sales and distribution disciplines.
  3. Collaborating with other teams to integrate North America-specific curriculum while aligning with Red Bull's framework around sales and talent development.
  4. Engaging leadership in the organization to increase understanding and adoption of the goals of all training activities.
  5. Partnering with sales and distribution to identify knowledge and skill gaps, leading the build of custom training solutions, and ensuring facilitation.
  6. Conducting research to determine strategies for future learning and development solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:


  1. 10+ years of experience in sales development, commercial training, and sales/insights leadership.
  2. 5+ years of previous sales/account management experience.
  3. CPG industry or beverage experience.
  4. Experience in curriculum development, content generation, training delivery, long-distance learning tools and techniques, gamification, and practical knowledge of CRM and LMS systems.
  5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  6. Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.

Please note that the base salary range for this position is $177,000 to $196,000, plus cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
