Job Summary

The SVP, Director, Foreign Exchange Sales is a critical role within our organization, responsible for the origination, retention, and expansion of foreign exchange sales activities across Community Banking, Specialty Finance, and Venture Banking. This individual will possess a deep understanding of the Foreign Exchange market and strong on-desk leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Bankers and Global Treasury Management Sales to identify and win new Foreign Exchange opportunities
  • Structure Foreign Exchange solutions customized to the needs and objectives of our clients
  • Negotiate terms & fees with clients
  • Build a pipeline of qualified FX opportunities
  • Continued interaction with clients, Bankers, and GTM to deliver best-in-class execution, pre- and post-closing
  • Thoughtfully prepare client-facing material for strategic opportunities and engagement
  • Act as Foreign Exchange subject matter expert and trusted advisor
  • Actively participate in the development of new Foreign Exchange products aimed at addressing our clients' specific objectives and needs
Requirements
  • 12+ years' relevant work experience required
  • Foreign Exchange sales & trading experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Ability to develop and manage client relationships
  • Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Strong organization skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and accurately
  • Desire to succeed individually and be a member of a winning team

Salary Range

The full-time base salary range for this position is $145,000.00 - $215,000.00 USD a year.
