Job Title: Client Support Associate
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire
Length of Assignment: Temp to hire. If performance & attendance are satisfactory, candidates may be considered for a permanent position.
Onsite Requirement: This team may transition to remote work based on attendance/performance and at the discretion of management.
Job Overview: The Client Support Associate will evaluate customer requirements, prioritize tasks, and channel information to the relevant resources. Customers may include patients, healthcare professionals, and family members. This role entails collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to deliver information regarding Patient Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for patients, assess their requirements, and triage inquiries.
- Communicate Patient Services initiatives to clients.
- Register new clients and document activities in the patient management system.
- Coordinate with external entities to ensure client needs are fulfilled.
- Complete special projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Client Support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and typing.
- Ability to manage high-pressure, time-sensitive situations with sound judgment.
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Receptive to feedback and coaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with databases (CRM preferred) or tracking systems; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
- Understanding of challenges associated with patients' medical conditions.
Essential Skills:
- Comfortable working in a high call volume environment.
