Job Title: Business Development Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Account Manager to join our team at Stone's Repair and Remodel, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical business accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales quotas and deliver solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • On-time, dependable, and trustworthy.
  • Some travel may be required for this role.
  • This position requires driving to the office daily and is not a remote opportunity.
  • Salary is hourly-based on experience and performance.
