About the Role:
As a key member of the Tephra team, you will assume the role of a Strategic Business Advocate responsible for leading the execution and delivery of hardware and software releases. This position will serve as the central voice on software releases, ensuring organization priorities are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product, including feature level grooming.
  • Develop specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams and ensure business priorities are met.
  • Lead, manage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders to identify product scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Assess value, develop epics, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on tasks that provide maximum value and are aligned with business strategy.
  • Document and educate on Agile methodologies and promote adoption across departments.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of work experience in retail technology.
  • CSPO desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree in Business desirable.
