Position: Senior Executive Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing meeting logistics and coordinating with external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, overseeing calendar management, visitor coordination, and clearance requests.
  • Engage with various organizational levels and key clients, exercising discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize travel arrangements and manage claims through the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Act as the primary administrative liaison for personnel in sensitive environments, utilizing a thorough understanding of relevant missions and policies.
  • Draft responses to routine inquiries and assist in communications with team members.
  • Adhere to guidelines regarding confidential and sensitive information.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in supporting senior government officials in an executive assistant capacity.
  • Proficient in administrative office technologies, including Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong administrative capabilities, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and expense tracking.
  • Able to interact effectively with high-level personnel in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented with conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System.
  • Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within the Office of the Secretary of Defense or the National Capital Region.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within the Department of Defense or National Capital Region.
  • Familiarity with Special Access Programs.
  • Proficient in Correspondence and Task Management Systems.
