Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Factors Scientist to join our Human Factors Practice in Bellevue, WA. As a key member of our team, you will work on a variety of projects, analyzing accidents and injuries, and developing safety management practices to prevent future incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage consulting activities related to human factors issues, such as limitations of human perceptual, cognitive, and response capabilities
  • Develop client relationships and work on multi-disciplinary projects
  • Conduct research and analysis to obtain and review technical data, scientific literature, regulations, and standards
  • Assist with the design and evaluation of safety management practices and safety information
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Human Factors, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Mathematical aptitude and ability to apply research to solve applied problems
