Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Kash Bulsara - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred and experience managing client relationships is also preferred. They will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, promoting successful and long-lasting customer relations, and anticipating customer needs.

Qualifications:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus commission/bonus.
- Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days).
