  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships, provide excellent service, and communicate effectively to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Talent Development: Identify, recruit, train, and mentor top sales talent to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual and team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
