Foodservice Operations Coordinator

This role is designed to assist the VP of Foodservice, the Manager of Foodservice Projects, and the Food and Operations Team in implementing field initiatives and managing weekly sales, shrinkage, and margin reports for buyer and executive analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training, guidance, and communication regarding both new and existing initiatives to field staff.
- Focus on food safety, equipment maintenance, and sales/shrink metrics within the Foodservice sector.
- Provide reports on food safety standards, foodservice initiatives, and sales/shrink performance across designated locations.
- Collaborate with various locations on best practices in food safety and program implementation.
- Develop new training resources.
- Act as a representative for field operations within the Food Service division.
Interpersonal Relationships: This position requires engagement with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from the Board of Directors to store team members, as well as various departments within the company.
Minimum Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Educational Background: Associate's Degree or higher.
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of experience in store operations.
Preferred Experience: At least 1 year of experience in store operations as a Store Manager or Foodservice Leader.
Certifications: Serve Safe Certification is required.
Essential Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of field operations, adaptability, multitasking abilities, self-driven, problem-solving skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, and a readiness to tackle challenges.
Driving Requirements: Candidates' driving records will be assessed for fleet vehicle eligibility.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel to assigned locations is necessary, along with potential overnight travel for special projects.
