Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our medical facility.
  • Verify and enter demographic information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain and verify insurance authorizations and precertifications, facilitating timely and efficient patient care.
  • Manage medical record release requests and schedule patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reimbursement.
  • Collect co-payments and reconcile daily reports and deposits, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide general office and clerical support to assigned areas, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
