The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering vital assistance to the Naval Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC). This position requires significant engagement with high-ranking officials and the assurance that all responsibilities are executed effectively and within designated timelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Command's Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), ensuring all action items are monitored and collaborating with various parties.
- Facilitate communication and administrative functions, which includes managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizing files, and providing support to Directors.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and briefings as necessary, offering insightful contributions and assistance.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SharePoint, and ETMS2.
- Capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities autonomously.
- Exceptional organizational and customer service capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with office protocols and filing systems.
The Administrative Coordinator position requires a Secret Level Clearance.
