This role is designed to assist the VP of Foodservice, the Manager of Foodservice Projects, and the Food and Operations Team in implementing field initiatives and managing weekly sales, shrinkage, and margin reporting for buyer analysis and executive review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training, guidance, and communication regarding both new and ongoing programs to field staff.
- Focus on food safety, equipment troubleshooting, and sales/shrink metrics within Foodservice.
- Provide reports on food safety, foodservice initiatives, and sales/shrink performance across designated locations.
- Collaborate with various locations on best practices in food safety and program implementation.
- Develop new training resources.
- Act as a representative for field operations within the Food Service sector.
Interpersonal Relationships: This position requires engagement with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to store team members, as well as various departments within the organization.
Minimum Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Educational Background: Associate's Degree or higher.
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of experience in store operations.
Preferred Experience: 1 or more years in store operations as a Foodservice Leader or AIM Store Manager.
Certifications: Serve Safe Certification is required.
Essential Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other software applications.
Additional Attributes: Knowledge of field operations, adaptability, multitasking abilities, self-motivation, problem-solving capabilities, task prioritization, attention to detail, and a readiness to embrace challenges.
Driving Requirements: Candidates' driving records will be evaluated for fleet vehicle eligibility.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel to assigned locations is necessary, along with potential overnight travel for special projects.
