The Senior Systems Integration Specialist for the APAC region will oversee integration activities throughout all stages of development for a sophisticated medical robotic system. This role will serve as a crucial link between our U.S. and APAC operations, ensuring system reliability through training, troubleshooting, and management. The ideal candidate will assist in system design modifications, new component validation, verification processes, and investigation of complaints. Typical Responsibilities of Our Senior Systems Integration Specialist, APAC
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the robotic system and its subsystems.
  • Assist in establishing System Integration (SI) processes and deliverables within the APAC office.
  • Educate and mentor APAC teams on system troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Guarantee system reliability at Noah's APAC facilities.
  • Travel to APAC sites to support animal labs, clinical trials, and regulatory assessments.
  • Facilitate the execution of system testing protocols, analyze results, and generate reports.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for design and manufacturing issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all modifications through the PLM system.
  • Collaborate effectively in a dynamic startup environment with minimal oversight.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device sector.
  • Strong technical skills and a keen aptitude for engineering.
  • Proficient in conveying concepts and knowledge to diverse teams.
  • Experience in system and electrical troubleshooting, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying root causes.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in mentoring engineers to foster independent work capabilities.
  • Basic project management skills demonstrated through previous roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a dedication to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 50% of the time.
