JOB OPPORTUNITY:
Hartford is seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Healthcare Operations Manager, you will collaborate with surgical department leadership to:
1. Analyze current operational systems and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
2. Coordinate the development and production of monthly statistical reports and trend analyses that monitor key performance indicators, utilization, and cost management.
3. Maintain the scheduling for all surgical areas to ensure optimal resource allocation.
4. Assist in the creation of business plans, including new value-added surgical programs and assessments of revenue generation.
5. Work closely with the leadership team and Supply Chain to guarantee accurate billing and allocation of supplies and materials.
6. Conduct cost analysis initiatives and implement strategies for cost savings.
7. Prepare operational, capital, and volume budgets along with surgical targets.
8. Oversee and manage a team of 1-3 schedulers and billing supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating and implementing budget, financial, and operational projects involving surgical inventory management in partnership with Supply Chain. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve efficiency metrics in surgical operations.
