**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Careers Integrated Resources Inc. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for researching and developing new products from conception to retail to meet the needs of our clients and consumers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Product Ideation & Visioning:** Generate new ways of thinking about product performance to drive growth opportunities and competitive advantages in the market.
  • **Collaboration & Development:** Work with cross-functional teams to develop product concepts that align with our company vision.
  • **Research & Engineering:** Define testing protocols and establish product testing requirements to validate product concepts.
  • **Insight Development:** Use advanced knowledge of consumer, business, and performance requirements to develop concrete insights that inform product development.
  • **Proof of Concept:** Turn product concepts and visions into reality through prototyping and testing.
  • **Product Construction:** Identify key elements of product construction materials and processes.
  • **Project Management:** Lead innovation projects from concept ideation to reality, working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • **Communication:** Synthesize reports and create documentation to inform internal stakeholders about new innovations.
  • **Knowledge Transfer:** Clearly communicate product knowledge and best practices to assist technology transition to product.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with product testing and validation.
