Job Title: Account Executive

At Paychex, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding our existing client base to drive revenue growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy, presenting the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
  • Prospect for new clients and referral sources using various marketing programs directed by Sales management.
  • Analyze customer needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the appropriate party when necessary.
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates.
  • Project a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
  • Achieve technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to meet objectives and performance expectations.
  • Travel outside of the geographical territory for training sessions, area Zone meetings, and partner meetings.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2 years of relevant sales management experience.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
