About the role:

The Sales Coordinator III will support the sales team by facilitating sales execution, managing the sales funnel, overseeing contract completion, and maintaining reporting cadence. This role includes managing contracts through the legal review process, working closely with the billing team to finalize agreements, training staff on processes and documentation, and administering tools and technology. The Sales Coordinator serves as the main point of contact between the sales team and support teams, playing a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and collaboration within sales operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Execution Facilitation:

  • Manage opportunity creation coordination, i.e., create opportunities for targets identified by commercial excellence activities and qualify leads from engagement activities such as omnichannel.
  • Ensure the territory ownership model is executed and managed.

Sales Funnel Management:

  • Ensure opportunities are closed and deals are booked in a timely manner.
  • Leverage reporting on opportunity management to drive sales compliance.
  • Ensure management reporting cadence occurs as expected.

Deal Completion Management:

  • Manage customer redlines to terms and conditions and oversee the legal review process.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process and tool.
  • Complete opportunity information needed for contracting and billing processes.

General Coordination:

  • Partner to deliver and manage selling tools and technologies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between selling teams and support teams.
  • Manage the selling team's knowledge bases, processes, templates, and documentation, i.e., maintain the Teams site and ensure compliance with structure, content, and usage.
  • Train the selling team on new knowledge, processes, templates, and documentation in partnership with support teams.
  • Manage non-sales customer engagement activities, i.e., reaching out to customers who use unique annual purchase orders to obtain new documents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant field and 2+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to recognize, define, and solve problems.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of enthusiasm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer relationship management software.
  • Experience with sales or the sales process.
  • Experience in the MedTech industry.
