POSITION SUMMARY:

Hathaway-Sycamores CFS is committed to delivering mental health and housing assistance services to diverse communities, particularly focusing on vulnerable youth. We are in search of dedicated professionals to be part of our Youth and Young Adult Outreach and Navigation initiative, which is designed to offer essential support and resources to those facing homelessness.

SALARY INFORMATION:

Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, contingent upon experience and educational background.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Possession of a valid California Driver's License
  • Adoption of a non-judgmental and strengths-based perspective
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Regular driving and walking activities
  • Consistent use of fine motor skills
  • Occasional lifting and bending tasks
  • Capability to operate a motor vehicle
