About the OpportunityJoin our dynamic Finance and Property team at Flagler LLC as a Finance and Property Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to property managers, including reviewing vendor invoices, processing check runs, and assisting with bank account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with operating budget.
  • Process semi-monthly check runs and mail check payments to vendors.
  • Assist with investigating and resolving monthly bank account reconciling items.
  • Provide general administrative support to property managers, including fielding service calls and coordinating vendor dispatch.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Property Management or Real Estate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Experience with Yardi Software a plus

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off and holidays, 100% employer-paid health insurance, and bonus opportunities.
