Key Responsibilities- Strategic direction and development: Lead the development and refinement of the Operations Strategy aligned with overall goals and objectives.
- Operational excellence: Drive initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Lean manufacturing: Define and implement a comprehensive Lean Manufacturing strategy aligned with Operations objectives.
- Process optimization: Apply Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, JIT to identify, analyze, and eliminate waste in production processes.
- Benchmark statistics and reporting: Establish Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and Operations execution.
- Significant expertise in production system design and configuration.
- Extensive experience in engineering and technology, industrial engineering, and program-agnostic environments.
- Track record in Lean manufacturing and application of tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic development, particularly in Balanced Scorecard and Hoshin Kanri Planning.
- Proven leadership experience in leading multi-functional initiatives in manufacturing and business unit environments.
- Application and experience of Lean processes and tools in both the design of new and transformation of existing production systems.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, preferably Hoshin Kanri/Balanced Scorecard, connecting every level of an operations organization to company goals.
- Demonstrated experience in leading development at all levels of the organization in Lean methodologies and production system configuration.
