We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Passenger Service Agent to join our team at Eastern Airlines LLC. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet passengers, check their tickets and passports, and allocate seats using computerized systems.
  • Direct passengers through security and departures procedures, ensuring they are aware of all necessary information.
  • Weigh luggage and charge passengers extra if it is overweight, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage issues related to delayed, cancelled, or missed flights, providing support and assistance to affected passengers.
  • Check boarding passes at the departure gate and escort passengers who require assistance or are unaccompanied children to and from flight gates.
  • Make announcements on the public address system regarding flight information, ensuring passengers are aware of any changes or updates.
  • Oversee the departure and arrivals of passengers, ensuring they comply with all company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Perform any other tasks required to support the operation, as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing, including drug testing and a physical.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs and maintain a valid state driver's license.
  • Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Position may involve dealing with long queues and working in a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Position may be based at a desk or moving around the airport, and may require wearing a uniform.
