Job Summary

We're looking for a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable guest experiences, starting with a warm welcome at check-in and ensuring that guests feel valued throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling reservations, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries with impeccable service.
  • During night shifts as a Night Auditor, take charge of daily financial audits, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, and preparing reports for the next day's operations.
  • Address guest needs during the night, ensuring safety and security, and managing any issues that arise during the shift.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in night audit or similar roles in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of financial and administrative processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently during the night shift.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems.
  • Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Opera proven experience.
