Job Title: Commercial Insurance Portfolio Manager

The QualiHire team is seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers. As a key member of our team, you will maintain and grow existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure clients have the coverage they need for their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries, policy changes, and renewals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
  • Address day-to-day client concerns, provide guidance on insurance policies, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial lines insurance account management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
