Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Insurance Search Specialists. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in client service.

This role involves managing the account service process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, as well as actively marketing to carriers to secure the most favorable terms for our clients. You will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes and proposals to meet client needs, assisting with client presentations, and maintaining renewal controls on expirations and binders to ensure continuous coverage.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Property & Casualty license and have proven experience managing commercial entertainment accounts. They should also have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong written and communication skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

Salary and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the account service process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  2. Actively market to carriers to secure the most favorable terms for our clients.
  3. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals to meet client needs.
  4. Assist with client presentations, delivering compelling and clear communication.
  5. Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders to ensure continuous coverage.
  6. Conduct thorough checks on policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  7. Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums, ensuring financial efficiency.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized account files, upholding our standard for professionalism and reliability.
