Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 to $55,000 per year, plus commission ranging from 1% to 4% of closed and paid sales based on deal size. Flexible work from home options are available.

Job Responsibilities
  • Aggressively and respectfully prospect target accounts inside the I285 Perimeter: property owner/operators, property managers, facility managers, and other pavement service providers for referrals and subcontract work.
  • Become fully competent at creating accurate estimates for our services and delivering professional proposals to prospects.
  • Develop expertise at incorporating upstream services into our proposals when required.
  • Move prospects effectively through the pipeline and contribute to accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Log all prospect and client interactions into our CRM system, Hubspot, and estimates in ServiceFusion.
  • Drive pipeline KPIs to deliver growth and revenue generation.
  • FOLLOW up on leads from call center and digital marketing efforts, but also harness own prospecting efforts across multiple channels.
  • Negotiate price and terms within context.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and documentation to assist in accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Work closely with operations team on service delivery and address customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management.
  • A minimum of five years in direct sales, not telemarketing or inside sales.
  • Understanding of reading and estimating from blueprints.
  • Knowledgeable in estimating in a paving, landscaping, or construction environment.
  • Excellent math and geometry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
