Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a P&C Account Representative. As an essential member of our team, you will play a key role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.


Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, plus commission/bonus based on performance. Additionally, you will receive group life insurance benefits, 401K, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), and opportunities for professional growth and development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
