Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Express Employment Professionals Toledo Ohio. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide critical support to our CEO and high-executive clients, ensuring top-tier service and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Develop and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive support to high-executive clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist the CEO and administrative assistants in various tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and special projects.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in accounting procedures and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support company initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a financial, accounting, or analyst role, preferably within a financial advisory or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher and present complex data.
  • Experience working with high-level executives and clients, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
