**Job Description:**

As a Mental Health Recovery Specialist at The Emily Program, you will play a vital role in supporting adolescent clients in our residential milieu. You will lead activities designed to help residents adjust to living in a community setting and assist them in gaining essential skills to manage their eating disorder.

This position requires collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team on care plans and treatment, participating in therapeutic meals and snacks, and supporting residents during structured outings and recreation. Your availability to engage, challenge, and support residents as needed is crucial.
