Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to stores, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that all store systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to stores, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Work with stores to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with store staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
