Counselor Assistant/Case Manager

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Lead Counselor, the Counselor Assistant/Case Manager will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders. This includes developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and facilitating group sessions. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Science, with some paid or volunteer clinical experience or internship in chemical dependency treatment. An active State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification is also required.
