Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counselor Assistant/Case Manager to join our team. This unique opportunity allows the successful candidate to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Lead Counselor, the Counselor Assistant/Case Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day treatment to individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human services and behavioral science principles, with relevant paid or volunteer clinical experience preferred.

  • A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Science.
  • An active State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher certification required.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly wage of $20.20. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer:
