**Job Title:** Home Health Aide for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

At I Am Boundless, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or behavioral health conditions.

**About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with individuals, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or behavioral health conditions in their homes or community settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, manage medications, and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Document and report all incidents, accidents, or changes in an individual's condition.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or behavioral health conditions highly desirable.
  • First Aid/CPR certification and valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job.

**Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $$$48,000 - $52,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with unique needs and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
