Office Administrator with Bookkeeping Experience

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience to support our team's daily operations and manage financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records, compute and record numerical data, and check transaction accuracy.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties, review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls, log inquiries into the system, and coordinate office events.
- Take initiative with day-to-day office needs and tasks, managing office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Customer Service:
- Work with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes professionally and promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and send follow-up reminders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Netsuite, and Xero required.
- Experience in Google Suite and Monday.com preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
