Administrative Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrative Receptionist to join our team at Dental Dreams LLC in Lowell, MA. As a key member of our front desk and patient services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient flow, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance coverage.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company standards.
• Process payments, co-payments, and deductibles, as well as create and submit insurance claims.
• Provide support to dentists and hygienists, preparing treatment plans and coordinating patient care.

Requirements:

• Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Familiarity with Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft software, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.

Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training and education.
