About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with healthcare organizations to understand their technology needs and identify opportunities for Spectrum Enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored product solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare clients.
  • Deliver product presentations to decision-makers and facilitate face-to-face meetings to build strong relationships and drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate client databases to report on sales activities and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to ensure Spectrum Enterprise remains a leader in the market.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of healthcare sales experience or five or more years of strategic B2B sales experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Expertise in HIPAA compliance regulations and familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG.
  • Strong networking and English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage change, cultivate market opportunities, and travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience selling telecommunications products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in another sales channel or telesales on embedded accounts.
  • Familiarity with Spectrum Enterprise products.
