Amentum is seeking **Security Supervisors** to oversee entry control measures and maintain continuous awareness of personnel locations at designated sites. The Security Supervisor will ensure proper monitoring and physical oversight of construction teams, whether it involves observing individual workers, construction machinery, or specialized equipment. This role may also extend to supervising specialty items outside the primary construction area, including the transportation of such items to and from the work zones. Additionally, the Security Supervisor will assist with the issuance and management of site access badges for all personnel needing entry.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Must comprehend and apply the principles of the Privacy Act, Title 5 of the U.S. Code, Section 552a, along with relevant regulations.

+ Must understand and implement Operations Security (OPSEC) protocols for identifying, controlling, and safeguarding critical unclassified information in accordance with national directives.

+ Must possess the ability to effectively interact with the public.

+ Must be able to interpret and apply written guidelines, detailed instructions, and training materials to assigned tasks.

+ Must maintain composure and self-discipline in high-pressure situations.

+ Must be capable of conducting Stop & Question procedures for individuals found in restricted areas, parking lots, and throughout the site during off-hours to deter criminal activity.

+ Must have the capability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Active TS Clearance.

+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in areas such as construction security surveillance, technical surveillance countermeasures, industrial or governmental security involving counterintelligence, construction quality assurance, or hands-on supervisory experience in construction.

+ A valid state-issued driver's license or permit is required.

+ High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

+ No misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude, acts of dishonesty, assault or battery, or felony convictions are permitted, nor should any occur during employment in this role.

+ Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

+ This position is field-based, with no unusual hazards, involving occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, frequent walking, standing, sitting, stooping, climbing, crawling, and jumping. Candidates must be capable of hearing ordinary conversations at a distance of 15 feet with either ear, with constant mental alertness, and possess strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

+ A physical examination is required prior to assignment.

+ If necessary, the ability to obtain any required specialty licenses for operating equipment or vehicles on-site within a specified timeframe.

+ Cooperation in legal proceedings may be required, including testifying or submitting statements as needed.
