Position Overview
The Construction Project Supervisor serves as the onsite leader, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and other key personnel to ensure the effective management and coordination of resources at the job site. The primary objective is to achieve high-quality outcomes and timely delivery of services that surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Planning and Scheduling**: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adequate supervision and motivation of subcontractors and suppliers.
2. **Relationship Management**: Foster positive interactions with project stakeholders, including owners, officials, architects, and engineers.
3. **Quality Control**: Oversee project quality assurance and testing processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
4. **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive records, including daily reports, photos, and inspections, using construction management software.
5. **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety policies and work rules for all personnel on site, ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be bondable.

Physical Requirements
