Key Responsibilities

Your Role:
  • Initiate investigations and conduct thorough follow-ups on security incidents, documenting findings in a comprehensive security report.
  • Perform proactive patrols of the entire campus, including all buildings and floors.
  • Respond to various radio calls for services such as escorts, property retrieval, disturbances, and emergency codes.
  • Stay updated on all mandatory training, including CPI, PPCT, and necessary computer courses, and receive an annual flu vaccination.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and manage footage storage.
  • Operate the C-cure system for access control and door locking.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with colleagues, visitors, and patients, adhering to the department's dress code.
  • Demonstrate the ability to de-escalate situations and maintain control during security incidents.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • BLS certification required upon hire.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma with some college experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
  • First Aid certification.
