Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Organize and schedule projects, conduct customer walkthroughs, handle locates, and maintain effective customer communication and follow-up.
  • Team Leadership: Manage landscape projects, from planting trees and shrubs to hardscaping and drainage, while ensuring quality control and team efficiency.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients daily, communicating project processes, expectations, and recommendations for additional services.
  • Team Development: Coach team members to develop skills, work efficiently, and gain landscape knowledge.
  • Resource Management: Ensure team members have the necessary tools, resources, and training to meet customer service demands.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer service remediation and client retention for dissatisfied customers.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of landscape crew lead or supervisor experience.
  • General knowledge of equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to safely operate equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day.
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish required.
