About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Business Assistant to join our team at American Dental Companies. As a key member of our office staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Greeting and Check-in/Check-out: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling to optimize the use of our dentists' time.
  • Phone and Email Communication: Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism, providing accurate information and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Insurance and Inventory Management: Coordinate with dental insurance companies for claim processing and assist with managing office inventory and supplies.

Requirements

  • Dental Office Experience: Preferably, have experience working in a dental office or similar setting.
