Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Module Support Technician to join our team at Collins Aerospace, a leading provider of technologically advanced solutions for the aerospace and defense industry.

As a Module Support Technician, you will be responsible for operating various machines within the factory and assisting in all classifications as needed. You will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient production of high-quality modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual and NC machines to produce module parts
  • Assist Finishing Technicians with direction
  • Perform handyman duties, including cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Perform in-process inspection as a certified operator
  • Perform computer transactions and handle hazardous waste
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Blueprint and routing reading and comprehension
  • U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Competent with hand tools and experienced with measuring equipment
  • Basic computer skills, including log on, data entry, and retrieval
  • 8-hour RCRA hazardous waste handler training
