**Job Summary**

IntegriChain is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for our Contracts & Pricing systems.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support for IntegriChain's Contracts & Pricing systems, working through our ticketing system to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Build and maintain an expert-level knowledge of IntegriChain's core systems and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in their implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Work effectively with users and technical teams to understand issues, problems, and solutions, providing clear and concise communication and documentation of resolutions and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with existing team members to resolve more complex issues, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive successful outcomes.

**Qualifications and Competencies:**

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in either application support or data analysis.
  • Strong database and SQL experience, with a preference for Oracle and Postgres.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with one or more programming/scripting languages.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
  • Proven track record of learning new tools or programming languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
