Sales Engineer Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team, who will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through collaboration with account executives.
  • Becoming an expert on the SynergySuite software and its applications in the restaurant industry.
  • Demonstrating the benefits and features of our platform through engaging product presentations.
  • Providing clear and accurate technical support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product enhancements.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
