About the Role

The Sales Representative is a critical member of our team, responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, strategic planning, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess the required education, experience, and technical skills to navigate the complexities of the sales landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the SRS strategy for sustainable sales growth in the global defense sector, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our existing client base, build relationships with them, and identify opportunities to expand into new sectors.
  • Develop and achieve ambitious sales targets, while overseeing international and domestic sales representatives.
  • Work closely with General Oceans marketing to ensure a strong presence at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in growing a sustainable pipeline in the sales of technology-based products.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and HubSpot.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
